She started Urban Skin & Laser over 9 years ago after seeing a gap for high quality but affordable treatments within her local area. With over 19 years of industry experience, Amie prides herself on ensuring not only she but her team are constantly continuing their learning and study to remain experts in their field. When she’s not working hard in the clinic, she’s busy spending time with her partner Chays and their two boys and baby girl.

Jade is a passionate beauty professional with a diploma in Beauty Therapy and Laser Services, bringing many years of industry experience. She specialises in skin health and internal wellness, using her knowledge to help clients achieve their individual goals with a holistic approach. With a background in corporate insurance, she combines her expertise in clinic coordination, management, and customer service to deliver exceptional client experiences. Jade is dedicated to inspiring and supporting clients on their wellness journeys, and outside of work enjoys sports, family time, and travelling.

Introducing Steph, who's all about making you feel pampered and rejuvenated. With over 5 years experience in Beauty, Steph's expertise is in skincare, brow treatments, and laser hair removal. Steph loves performing eyebrow transformations and facials. She believes that knowledge is the key to skin health, and she's here to guide you on your beauty journey. Outside of work, Steph enjoys spending time outdoors and she's always ready to share her beauty secrets with a friendly smile.

Emily is a warm and calming presence at the clinic, known for her sweet nature and dedication to making others feel relaxed and pampered. She has always been drawn to beauty, influenced by her mother who ran a home hair salon. Now nearing the completion of her training and soon to be fully qualified, Emily thrives in the hands-on aspect of beauty treatments, particularly enjoying providing facial treatments that offer both relaxation and skin rejuvenation. Outside of work, Emily loves spending time with her sausage dog, Charli, at the beach or on boating trips. She enjoys meeting new faces and making everyone feel welcome.

Tahlia is a dedicated beauty therapist with nearly 3 years of industry experience. After a year of full-time study to earn her Diploma in Beauty Therapy, she also pursued additional training in laser treatments. Having struggled with acne in her teenage years, Tahlia became passionate about skincare and helping others achieve confidence through effective treatments. Outside of work, she loves exploring new places and trying new foods, never visiting the same spot twice. Tahlia is a valued member of the Urban team and is currently planning her wedding in 2027.

Meet Victoria, our resident brow expert. She’s passionate about perfecting your skin and brows, and has refined her craft to ensure clients leave feeling comfortable in their own skin. She’s dedicated to creating a personalised experience for every client, ensuring you leave feeling confident and refreshed. Beyond the treatment room, Victoria is a soon-to-be mum of two and will be heading on maternity leave again soon.
